Andoff cannot be uninstalled as long as the device owner privileges are in place. This is required by the Android OS. If you want to uninstall Andoff you first need to revoke the device owner privileges. Go to Andoffs settings using the gear icon in the top right corner within Andoff and scroll down to the bottom. Use the revoke button to reset Andoff and revoke the device owner privileges. After the process completed, Andoff can be uninstalled just like any other app on your device.
