Andoff can be used very effectively against Android WebView, but there are several ways to accomplish a blocking of filtering of WebView content. Andoff itself does currently not monitor any internet traffic and does not do any filtering. To filter web view content you will need to use a third party DNS or VPN filtering provider that you can then protect on your device using Andoff.
If you are looking for something stronger you can also use Andoff to block the Android WebView app. Android WebView can then no longer be used by any app on your device. The downside with this approach is, that many apps will crash as soon as they load a user interface that used to have a WebView inside.
